The Return and Refund Policy from Dailyofficemart specifies the situations where you can ask for returns or refunds while providing instructions to start and complete such procedures. The following policy requires full attention for understanding your rights and responsibilities.

Your return for refund requires you to send products that match their original unused state at the time of delivery. The conditions for returning an item include no evidence of wear or damage and full compliance with the original packaging requirements with intact mounted labels and sealed items and existing serial numbers and instructions available for inspection. The refund gets denied and your company shoulders all costs to retrieve the merchandise which does not fulfill these conditions.

Dailyofficemart allows returns and refunds when users receive damaged or leaking products along with cases of incorrect size/quantity shipments and when the product is neither expired nor past expiration at or after delivery within seven days of arrival. Your return qualification is limited to items damaged during shipment or containing manufacturing faults or delivery mistakes made by our company. The return policy excludes cosmetic damages found through typical usage after purchase.

Please inform us right away about orders with the conditions mentioned above no later than seven (7) calendar days after receiving your shipment. You need to provide your order number with shipping date followed by detailed description of the problem in your correspondence. Our team examines your request after receiving it then replies within two days working from Monday to Friday. The approval process includes the allocation of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number together with scheduled pickup details. All delivered orders with damage or wrong products are included in our free return service. We facilitate the pickup process while paying for delivery costs for all customers. Write the provided RMA number on the outer packaging to minimize shipping delays.

The returned product gets complete Quality Control examination from our team to verify conditions and validity of your claim. The complete inspection duration spans between 3 to 5 business days. The product receiver will get notified when we discover an ineligible product during assessment. At that point we return it back to the seller who must pay shipping costs.

We complete our examination process and initiate refunds for approved returns through a seven-day business period. Refunds are given back to the original payment method which you used during your transaction. Your bank or card issuer needs more time to post refunds to your account starting from when the refund process begins. We will issue a complete refund of the purchase cost together with shipping expenses you paid whenever a product is returned because it failed to reach your delivery address.

If your return is due to an issue covered by this policy, you will not incur any additional fees. However, if you wish to return an item for reasons not related to damage or shipping errors—such as simply changing your mind—the standard return criteria apply, and you will be responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance in such instances, as Dailyofficemart cannot guarantee receipt of non-courier-arranged returns.
